• Vanshlochan
• Piper Longum 
• Elettaria Cardamomum 
• Cinnamomum Zeylanicum

Direction of use:

100 to 250 mg for infants
500 to 1000 mg for children
2 to 4 grammes for adults
1 to 3 grammes during pregnancy
1 to 3 grammes geriatric (old age)
Dosage as high as possible (per day or in 24 hours)
-12 milligramme (in divided doses)
