Benefits of Nityam Churna:

Infants (up to 6 months)—NOT RECOMMENDED IN GENERAL EDInfants is an acronym for "Educated Children" (6 -12 Months) -1 gramme or 500 mg Toddler (Age: 1–3 years) is a child who is between the ages of one and three. -750 milligrammes (mg) or 1.5 gramme Preschooler (ages 3 to 5) -1 gramme or 1000 mg Grade-schooler (ages 5 to 12) -3 grammes or 1500 mg Teenager (13-19 years old): 2 g or 4 g Adults (19 to 60 years old): 3 g or 6 g Geriatric (above 60 years old): 3 g or 6 g NOT RECOMMENDED DURING PREGNANCY DLactation (three or six grammes) 12 grammes per day is the maximum dose that can be taken (in divided doses)
