Kayam churna ingredients are – Senna leaves (Cassia angustifolia) Black Salt (Saindhava salt / Saindha namak) Nishoth (Trivrit) – Operculina turpethum Ajwain – Carum capticum / Trachyspermum ammi Himej = Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) Svarjika Kshara – a type of Kshara preparation Jethi Madh = Yasthimadhu = liquorice = Glycyrrhiza glabra.
